Sugar raises insulin and in turn, lowers testosterone. These guys keep sugar to zero and get a healthy amount of good fats and proteins enabling them to arm wrestle for hours. *Don’t like this post because that only feeds my ego.

When I was a kid I had a CD called “B-balls best kept secret” featuring NBA guys rapping. Bobbito had a bunch of interview bites on it between tracks; talking about basketball culture. At a young age, hearing stories about Earl Manigault and old sneakers was paramount in my basketball education. It is a true highlight for me as a basketball fan to have my work show on the same bill.

While looking for the bus station, I ran into these three guys. They were holding a basketball. I asked them directions to the bus station and then asked if we could play 2’s. It was 34 degrees.
We talked about emigration, Scorpion, the current social climate in Croatia and hoops. Sometimes you get lucky to run into good people like this.
